Baccarat was founded in Lorraine in 1764 and has worked with crystal ever since. The Octogone collection was designed by Thomas Bastide. Its name refers to the octagon, and this shape gives the glasses their outline. Faceted surfaces refract the light, while the clear crystal glass shows the true colour of the drink.
