Twisted Flower is a wool upholstery fabric that combines the color mastery of Giulio Ridolfo with the weaving skills of the late Frans Dijkmeijers. Both designers share a passion for botanical motifs. The woven construction of Twisted Flower is based on a hand-woven pattern from Frans Dijkmeijer's archive. The weave consists of a single-color yarn quality with variable thicknesses and a specially developed two-color twisted yarn that creates a rhythmic, tactile surface. The twisted yarn is reminiscent of the simple gesture of twisting a single flower between your fingers, capturing its dynamic color energy.
