Trudon Alabaster Base
Product information "Trudon Alabaster Base"
The Trudon Alabaster Base is the foundation for the scented candles in Trudon's The Alabasters collection. It is made from alabaster from Spanish blocks of stone, which Trudon describes as white, rough and powerful. The candle stands raised on this base and is framed by natural stone.

Alabaster from Spain: material and character
Trudon uses alabaster from Spain for the base. The blocks are more or less heavily veined, and every base carries this pattern within it. Because the stone is a natural material, the grain and shape differ slightly from piece to piece. You therefore receive not a mass-produced item, but a base with its own veining.
The Trudon Alabaster Base in your home
The white stone echoes the material from which The Alabasters collection takes its name. Candle and base form a matching pair. On a mantelpiece, a console table or a sideboard, the base lifts the scented candle out of its surroundings and gives it a fixed place. As a complement to an existing Trudon Alabaster scented candle, it also makes a fine gift.
